Dr. Fran Rotter completed her residency in Dermatology at Johns Hopkins Hospital in 1993, when she became Board Certified in Dermatology. Dr. Rotter also has a Masters in Health Services Administration from George Washington University
The center offers full skin exams, treatment of acne, rashes, mole removal and all other aspects of general dermatology.
Cecilia Ross, PA-C
Ms. Ross completed her physician assistant studies in Baltimore in 2001. She trained with Dr. Ana M. Duarte, Director of Pediatric Dermatology at Miami Children's Hospital for 3 years. Cecilia has her Bachelors of Science from the University of Maryland and is nationally certified by NCCPA, National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She joined our practice in 2005.
